introduction #2

Hello, my name is Imran and my ninja name is either “grey fox” or “stormshadow”, I haven’t quite decided :P
These are some of my sketches.

CGsociety/ CGtalk Challenge and kung fu...

I just wanted to post this contest for all you guys, I know Imran and I are thinking about doing this. The deadline is in October so we still have sometime to work on it. I'm hoping as a group we can all enter and have some fun.

Heres the link to the contest:

Oh, and as an added bonus it would be nice to introduce yourselves on your first post and your kung fu ninja names. http://www.dragonslist.com/kungfu_name

My name is Kevin Chin, i graduated from CCS in May '04 and currently working at 7 Studios a videogame developer in West Los Angeles and working freelance for Upper Deck doing card illustrations for the World of Warcraft card game. Oddly enough I've donned the name "Indisticint Slaying Feet and Pelvis" Mhaha.

Inaugural post!

Thanks for visiting the newly created blog for a special circle of awesome conceputal illustrators that graduated from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI. This blog is meant for us to show what we've been, will or are thinking of working on. Need a critique or have great news about art findings? Post it! Hopefully this blog will grow into fruition and the group will begin posting their beautiful and amazing art.

For you visitors and non-CCS alumni, this blog is also to show and share what this group is all about. Each and everyone of these talented artist have something they bring to the table, which you'll find out yourself! Ultimately we'd love for this group to get mainstream spotlight within the art community. Our cross-country employment success stories are something else and we'd love to make an impact in this industry that we broke into.
